Plastisol Ink

This our most commonly used printing process and screen print the shirts using one ink color per screen.

DISCHARGE ink

If you’re wanting the feel of the print on the shirt to feel like the shirt itself this process is for you. Discharge describes a reaction that occurs during the curing (drying) process that takes out the current color of the shirt, and dyes the shirt fibers with the colors of your design. There is no ink that remains on the shirt. After a wash you will have a soft hand print. Best results are by using a 100% ringspun cotton shirt. 50/50 shirt blends have worked great also. 

WATER-BASE INK

This process uses an ink with water as the base. Compared to plastisol, water-base is thinner and lighter when printed on the shirt. This would be a great option if you’re wanting a soft hand vintage style print. 100% eco-friendly.

All posters are printed on French Paper 100# 19" x 25" unless otherwise requested.

Best results are with screen print paper or cover weight paper.

Fonts under 10pts may not print correctly & Lines under 1pt will not print correctly

We do not cut paper, our two standard sizes are 12 1/2" X 19 & 25" X 19"

Turn around time for paper and other flat objects is 10-15 business days.  

Supplying your own paper is an option, but results may vary.

SCREENS

New screen set-up charge is $20.00 per screen. anything above 16" x 20" inches is a full size print and cost per screen is $30.00 If you decide to reprint one of your orders the remounts are $8.00 per color. Our normal print/Platen size is 16" X 20". Bigger is our Jumbo 20" X 30" over-sized print. Jumbo will add a 3% +/ - cost to your job.

Can I Only Print 1 Shirt?

Unfortunately No!  A lot of work goes into screen printing. Starting with your artwork we create film positives. After this, the screens department burns your art (the film) into screens. Next, our printers setup the presses to run the shirts. It takes a good bit of time to setup a press to run shirts.

Our minimum order of shirts for a screen printed order is 12 pieces.

finishing services

We can individually fold and bag your t-shirts in a sealed poly bag for a fee. We also offer private relabeling of t-shirts-minumum of 72 pieces per size. Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days, from the date that we receive your approval and artwork.

OUTSIDE GARMENTS

You can also provide your own garments for us to print. Our minimum order is 24 pieces per design on outside garments. However, our clients find that they are able to save money by purchasing both garments and printing from us saving you time.
